Due to the necessity for accurate information and appropriate word choice in this interview-like scenario, just like a everyday conversation with friends cannot be had here. We have all the appropriate words that can be used for movies, so you're covered.

Movies can be categorised into a variety of genres. There are thrilling action films with gun battles and chases, as well as terrifying films that cause us to leap out of our seats. We can laugh and cry when watching comedies and tragedies, respectively.

Documentaries depict real people and events, historical films recount tales from the past, and science fiction films show us what the future might be like.

Following a movie, one might like to consider asking something like:

• Which of the characters did you enjoy the most?
• What were your thoughts on the storyline?
• "How did the cast strike you?"
• What was the scene you liked the best?

Some basic terms for reading and discussing your favorite films, filmmakers, and actors are provided in the list below.

Cast- The ensemble of actors that make up a theatrical play or film is known as the cast.

Popcorn movie- You watch a popcorn movie primarily for the entertainment value. Popcorn movies won't make you think and change the way you see the world.
Character: a person who is seen in a story.

The characters are a movie's key component and the reason we watch them. Many people fall in love with a certain movie because they can resonate to the characters. The protagonist and supporting characters should grow and change as humans do in real life, according to the spectator (viewer).

Flick- A slang term for a movie or film is flick.

Musical- Movies that have songs performed by the characters as part of the story are referred to as musicals, and the songs typically advance the plot or help the characters in the movie grow. The songs are occasionally accompanied by dance routines.

Director- the person in charge of creating a movie is called the director. Cinema is a place where movies can be seen on a big screen.

Storyline/ Plot- The storyline is the series of events in which, according to the cause-and-effect rule, each event has an impact on the subsequent one. An event sequence connected by the connector "and so" can be used to conceptualise the causal events in a plot.

Action: This kind of movie typically features a lot of action scenes, such as fights or shootouts (with weapons), automobile chases, and frequently a lot of explosions. Action movie subgenres that fall under this category include superhero, martial arts, disaster, and spy movies. Several action movies include: Fast & Furious, The Avengers, and John Wick.

Scene- A scene is a section of a play, movie, or book where a number of events take place in one location at once. Screen- When a movie or television show is screened, it is aired on television or in a theatre.

Movie Star: An actor or actress who is well-known for playing the lead or starring roles in motion pictures is referred to as a movie star (also known as a film star or cinema star). The phrase refers to artists whose names are used to sell films, such as in trailers and posters.

Animated: Rather than using live performers to narrate the story, modern animated films use drawn (sometimes computer-generated) graphics. To give the animated figures voices, real performers are employed. Movies like Toy Story, Shrek, Coco, and Frozen are examples of animated films.

Adventure- Exploration or a quest may be involved in an adventure, which frequently takes place on a travel to a remote region. These kinds of the film frequently include action, although it is not the primary focus. Some of the adventure film sequences can be Tomb Raider, Tomb Raider 2, and the Pirates of the Caribbean

Comedy: The primary goal of comedies is to elicit laughter from the audience. The main protagonists encounter amusing circumstances.

Documentary- A documentary is a movie that centres on actual people, genuine events, or real issues. They are generally not as long as movies are.

Drama: These films focus on the struggles and emotions that real characters go through and take themselves very seriously.

Entertainment- Taking pleasure in events like concerts, TV presentations, and movies.

Fantasy: Circumstances, surroundings, and/or occurrences that don't follow the rules of nature. They frequently contain magical or supernatural components of some kind. There are occasionally magical entities or monsters as well.

Historical: These movies may be based on actual historical events, or they may only use the era as the backdrop for entirely made-up stories. In both instances, the story is set in a legitimately historical environment. These can occasionally be biographical films, or biopics.

Family movie- A family movie is one that both kids and adults will enjoy.

Thriller: A thriller film induces apprehension and tension in the audience. A common theme in thrillers is the struggle of innocent characters against a psychotic adversary.

Science fiction- Also referred to as Sci-Fi, is a genre of fiction built on scientific principles. They may involve other planets or the future and frequently feature spacecraft, extraterrestrial life, and cutting-edge technology that we don't yet possess.

Horror: The goal of a horror film is to frighten the audience and, if at all possible, get them to scream (often done with a jump scare). Horror films frequently have a monster, an evil force of some kind, or a terrifying circumstance.
