Students are required to remain in good academic standing, according to their programs specific grading scheme, term over term to continue receiving funding.

  • Should a student fall below the margin, but remain active in their program the following term and recover their term GPA to once again be declared as in good academic standing, they are eligible to once again receive the funding (not for the previously missed term; only moving forward for future terms)
  • Students must remain actively enrolled in their program, in a full-time capacity.
  • Should a student withdraw from their program/term after funds are dispersed, any awarded funds for the current term will be returned to the institution in accordance to the below conditions:
    • Student withdraws prior to deadline – while the award should not be dispersed at this time, if for any reason it has, its returned in full as the student would be receiving a full refund less $500 administrative fee.
    • Student withdraws after registration deadline, but prior to academic deadline (receives W grade), student receives pro-rated refund of the amount they've paid depending on calculated days, and the awarded funds to be returned to the institution in full.
    • Student withdraws after the 50% deadline of term, no funds are returned to student and while we would not be able to recoup any award, the student would not qualify for the next term regardless of academic scenario.
