International Entrance Bursary

Loyalist College has an exciting program-specific bursary opportunity for 5 students coming in from ÂÜÀòÉäÇø into our Fall 2025 intake. These 5 students must apply and be enrolled in any one of the 6 programs offered at Loyalist College and will receive a $1500 CAD tuition bursary! The programs that this bursary applies to are as follows:

  • Pharmacy Technician
  • Biotechnology
  • Computer Systems Technician
  • Cybersecurity
  • Acupuncture
  • Advanced Filmmaking

How do students apply for this bursary?

Once a student puts through a complete application into any one of the 6 programs, the relevant application is flagged to us by your team. We'd proceed to issue an LOA first and then an additional letter acknowledging the student being eligible for the bursary reward.

How will the student receive the bursary?
The bursary will be applied to the student’s account in the amount of $1,500 CAD after Day 10 in September 2025. The student will be able to see this adjustment reflected on their student account shortly thereafter.  Please note that this is not a cash award. Instead, the bursary amount will be applied towards your next semester’s tuition and fees.

What if a student defers?  Can this bursary be carried over to Winter 2026?
The bursary cannot be deferred to the following winter 2026 intake.
