The Saskatchewan Collaborative Bachelor of Science in Nursing (SCBScN) program is offered jointly by Saskatchewan Polytechnic and the University of Regina. As a SCBScN student, you will have the opportunity to access services and experience student life offered by both institutions.


As a student you will begin your nursing education in year one with opportunities to work directly with patients and clients. When you graduate, you will receive a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree. You’ll be ready to make a real difference in the lives of your clients and communities and work as valuable member of the health care team

Academic Requirement

Minimum Level of Education Required: To be accepted into this program, applicants must have Grade 12 / High School Diploma or equivalent including the following required course(s):

  • One of English Language Arts A 30
  • One of English Language Arts B 30
  • One of Foundations of Math 30, Pre-Calculus 30, or Calculus 30
  • Biology 30
  • Chemistry 30

A minimum grade of 70% is required in each of the above required courses. Applicants with the highest admission average will be selected for the program.
