If you’re interested in building a career in the early childhood sector and have a passion for helping young minds grow, then the Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (Birth to Five) is for you. Whether you are already working in the sector or starting your journey into a fulfilling career you’ll be empowered to make a lasting impact during the pivotal years of a child’s development from birth to five.

    Important Updates

    We’re writing to inform you that the University of Canberra Sydney Hills is currently reviewing its scholarship offerings for 2026. As a result, all course applications are on hold until 01 September 2025.
    This pause will allow us to align your students’ applications with the new scholarship arrangements that take effect from 01 September.

     

    • Unconditional offers: If your student has an unconditional offer, please complete acceptance by 31 August 2025 to ensure the current offer remains valid and the scholarship outlined in it is retained. Offers not accepted by this date will be reviewed under the updated scholarship arrangements.
    • Conditional and provisional offers: These will be reassessed under the updated 2026 scholarships. 
       


    UC Alumni Scholarships
    Awarded to UC Alumni applying to study a course at UC, subject to meeting the UC and PG qualifying criteria.

    Scholarships are available for all UC Alumni undertaking CRICOS-registered programs at University of Canberra’s Australian campuses, excluding:
